Ordering Bulk Meat To-Go

Do you have a big gath­er­ing com­ing up and you’d like to pick up a large to go order from us? No prob­lem at all. We love mak­ing BBQ meals for big groups.

When plac­ing your to go orders for a large group, we ask that you place the order 7 days before you’ll be pick­ing it up so we can make sure we order and smoke enough meat for your crew. Orders under 10 lbs can be placed 36+ hours in advance.

How much BBQ should you order for your group?

Smoked Meat

A gen­er­al rule of thumb is to order about 1/3 a pound of meat per person.

Sides

You’re going to want to round out that 1/3 pound of meat with 2/3 pound of sides per per­son. Be sure to add some of our south­ern baked beans, coleslaw, and pota­to sal­ad to your to go order!
