Ordering Bulk Meat To-Go
Do you have a big gathering coming up and you’d like to pick up a large to go order from us? No problem at all. We love making BBQ meals for big groups.
When placing your to go orders for a large group, we ask that you place the order 7 days before you’ll be picking it up so we can make sure we order and smoke enough meat for your crew.

How much BBQ should you order for your group?
Smoked Meat
A general rule of thumb is to order about 1/3 a pound of meat per person.
Sides
You’re going to want to round out that 1/3 pound of meat with 2/3 pound of sides per person. Be sure to add some of our southern baked beans, coleslaw, and potato salad to your to go order!
