Just as the Col\u00adorado restau\u00adrant scene has become a melt\u00ading pot for many cuisines, Col\u00adorado BBQ is doing the same with their smoked meat and sauces.<\/p>

Bar\u00adbe\u00adcue is a com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty and it\u2019s not just lim\u00adit\u00aded to the Unit\u00aded States. You\u2019ll find vari\u00ada\u00adtions of slow-smoked meats in a vari\u00adety of cul\u00adtures around the world, from Char Siu in Chi\u00adna to Carne Asa\u00adda in Mexico.<\/p>
